Sourcing
Majorfax have a range of foundries across Europe and Asia. We look at your technical requirements (material/grade, quantities and nature of application) and determine which foundry we will use to ensure your castings are manufactured to your specifications for the best value.
Production
Majorfax utilises a range of casting processes, two of the most popular being sand casting and investment casting. We cast in a vast range of grades of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Examples of ferrous materials which we cast include but are not limited to grey iron, SG iron (also known as ductile iron), carbon steel and stainless steel. Some of the non-ferrous metals which we cast include aluminium, zinc and copper based alloys.
We also offer machining and a range of surface finishing options to suit your complete design requirements.
Logistics
We handle your ordering and scheduling, ensuring that the lead times meet your delivery requirements. Our logistics services include:

Warehousing
Our stockholding service is essential to our customers. Majorfax has invested heavily in its warehousing facilities to allow us to stock to your quantity requirements. Our warehousing and inventory management services include the following:
